Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, such as new product launches or holiday sales.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order has been handed to the courier service, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen shipments. If you experience any issues with your delivery, you must contact the courier service directly to resolve the matter. We recommend using the provided tracking information to follow up with the courier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.
