Pre-Order Policy

At Evolved Gaming, we’re committed to providing our customers with access to the latest and most sought-after trading card products. To help ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory planning, we’ve established the following pre-order policy:

Pre-Order Policy (No Cancellations)

All pre-order sales are final. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock. We secure inventory and allocate it based on customer orders, which is why we are unable to offer cancellations or changes after your purchase is confirmed.

This policy allows us to plan more effectively, reduce over-ordering, and maintain competitive pricing for our customers.

Estimated Release Dates

Release dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. We will update product listings and communicate via email or social media if any delays are announced.

Orders will be shipped in the order they were received as soon as the product is available in our warehouse.

Shipping Information

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
